I get a lot asked about my Pilates classes with Robyn especially since I lost a lot of weight. I always say I do Reformer Pilates but a hybrid version that incorporates strength and HIIT training on the reformer.
An athletic and unique approach to Pilates on the reformer combining Classical Pilates with Robyn’s own version. Some classes may be strictly Reformer and some may add in props on the reformer or on the floor. Every class being completely different while working total body from head to toe in 50 minutes.
